Shipment Timing- Since everything is customized, we start working on your item as soon as you submit the request.

Delivery Location- Throughout the majority of India, we use boats (Bar a couple of postal divisions that we are attempting to transport to straightaway).

When checking out, all delivery fees, which include transportation, bundling, and handling fees, should be apparent. We assess the cost of transporting based on the total weight of your goods. On the checkout page, you will see the exact transportation cost. We promise that our fees are reasonable and that they primarily cover the cost of transporting, packing, and caring for your beautiful item.

Return and Exchanges

Cancelling your order

  • Within about 24 hours of submitting the request, orders can be cancelled.
  • Please get in touch with our customer service team by phone or email if you want to cancel a request.
  • For the cancelled request, a full discount will be offered, minus any applicable postal costs.
  • If the request has already been delivered, the client will be responsible for returning the item(s) and will not be charged for the item(s)’ transportation costs.
  • Items made to order or especially for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Everything related to a deal is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Conditions for Order Return

  • Within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise, you should get in touch with us. After the 48-hour window has ended, all transactions are final.
  • The item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it for the swap to be handled.
  • Contact us if it’s not too much effort. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Trade/return” and your request number.
  • Please take a moment to consider the goals of return/trade.
  • Please provide images of the thing being discussed.
  • After accepting your offer, we’ll review it, and if everything appears good, we’ll start a discount or swap that suits your needs.
  • We only provide refunds and discounts when,
    1. If there is damage to the received order.
    2. When you receive the wrong item by mistake.
